Purpose

Help fellow Millenials to change the way they see and act in their professional and personal lives.

Goal

Within the Idea assessment program we will stretch your purpose and personality to fit it in an organized and measured vision.

Because the first person you have to convince is Yourself.

Conditions

  • Duration: based on a four consecutive weeks monthly subscription.
  • Cost: 80€ per month
  • Availability: 15 slots per month. (5 per group max)

Content

  • Introduction: each first week of the period, we will spend around one hour on group visio call to schedule priorities and goals.
  • Follow up: each following weeks, we will spend around thirty minutes discussing your progress on group visio call.
  • Message: each day, you can formulate one message, around 150 words through several texts or emails, with your questions and priorities on which I will provide a feedback at least at the next Follow up meeting.
  • If a question can't be answered immediately it will be scheduled for a following exchange.
  • Extra content can be agreed with the Trainee.
